With UI designs finalized in Figma and early beta users onboard, Qualaro partnered with No-Code District to develop its Minimum Viable Product (MVP) — a foundation for a scalable, AI-driven SaaS platform.

Challenge and Context

B2B teams today spend countless hours researching leads, drafting outreach messages, and switching between tools. Existing CRMs and prospecting platforms are powerful but fragmented, manual, and slow to adapt.

Qualaro’s founders wanted to unify this process into a single, AI-driven workflow — a “prospecting copilot” that automates lead discovery, enrichment, and outreach through a simple, intuitive interface.

The challenge: deliver a highly automated, data-rich platform that could launch quickly while maintaining flexibility for future scaling.

No-Code District worked closely with the Qualaro team to define workflows, prioritize core features, and design a modular tech stack blending no-code front-end speed with scalable backend control.

  • Front-End: Built in Bubble.io for rapid iteration, reflecting Figma designs pixel-for-pixel.
  • Back-End: Powered by Supabase (PostgreSQL + Auth + Edge Functions) for secure data management and API orchestration.
  • AI Layer: Integrated multiple AI services (OpenAI, Relevance AI, ElevenLabs, VAPI) for enrichment, voice calls, and automated outreach.

  • Real-Time Dashboard: Visual analytics for activity, conversions, and API usage.
  • Admin Console: Full control over users, credits, and plan configurations.
