Challenge and Context

The Platform was developed by No-Code District as a fully custom real estate operations system built to replace spreadsheet-driven workflows. The client needed a tool capable of tracking every property from pre-listing to final transaction, capturing movement-specific data, calculating revenue, and providing real-time dashboards for team performance.

The result was The Platform: a structured, scalable movement engine that brings clarity to property pipelines and enables data-driven decision making for sales and lettings teams.

The client managed hundreds of properties but relied heavily on spreadsheets, manual updates, and fragmented reporting. This created several recurring issues:

  1. Data inconsistency
    Properties were tracked differently by each agent, creating gaps and inaccuracies.
  2. No centralised movement tracking
    There was no structured way to record the lifecycle of a property across key movements like Offer, Sale, Let, or Withdrawn.
  3. Limited visibility for leadership
    Dashboard reports were manual, slow to update, and unreliable.
  4. Revenue calculations were error-prone
    Sales and rentals required manual aggregation each month.
  5. No pre-listing tracking
    Agents used informal notes and files to track properties before going “On Books.”

The client needed a platform that was fast to operate, designed around real estate logic, and structured enough to scale.

    Discovery and Research

    No-Code District worked closely with the client’s sales and lettings teams to map the exact lifecycle of a property. This included:
