No-Code District is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive pipeline growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients for our no-code, low-code, automation, and AI services.
This role is ideal for someone who understands B2B outreach, lead qualification, and high-touch follow-ups, and who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine fit, timeline, budget, and needs.
  • Manage CRM entries, pipeline movement, and follow-up sequences.
  • Conduct initial discovery calls and hand off qualified leads to the CEO or Sales Lead.
  • Personalize outreach using insights into industries such as consulting, real estate, technology, healthcare, and finance.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to improve messaging, targeting, and conversion rates.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and report KPIs (touches, meetings booked, conversion rates).
  • Maintain high-quality, human-first communication with prospects aligned with our brand voice.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years’ experience in B2B outbound or SDR roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Close, Pipedrive, or similar).
  • Ability to manage multi-step sequences and maintain organised follow-up cadences.
  • Understanding of SaaS, software development, or no-code/AI solutions is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable working independently with accountability for weekly targets.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling tech services or agency services.
  • Familiarity with Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of no-code platforms (Bubble, Webflow), automation tools (Make.com), or AI agents.

  • Consistent delivery of qualified meetings.
  • Proactive refinement of outreach scripts and targeting.
  • Strong communication and rapport-building with prospects.
  • Contribution to building a scalable, repeatable sales system.
