We are looking for an Automation Specialist to build scalable automation systems across Make.com, Zapier, Google Workspace, Airtable, Xano, Bubble, and more.
Responsibilities
- Build, optimise, and maintain automation workflows.
- Integrate databases, CRMs, APIs, and external services.
- Design error-proof, maintainable automation logic.
- Support analytics, reporting, and data syncing needs.
- Collaborate on client systems and internal automation expansion.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience with Make.com and/or Zapier.
- Strong API and JSON knowledge.
- Understanding of workflow optimisation and error handling.
Nice to Have
- Airtable scripting
- HTTP requests, OAuth, or custom modules
